Starmer sanctions Russian fleet, boosts Ukraine energy
The new measures aim to disrupt Russia's war efforts and help secure Ukraine's power supply for future winters. Sir Keir Starmer, the prime minister, announced the fresh sanctions on Russian shadow fleet vessels at the G7 summit in France.
