Thousands of Parisians left homes for bomb disposal
Thousands of residents in a Paris suburb had to leave their homes because of a World War Two bomb. Authorities performed a controlled explosion on Sunday to destroy the device, after an earlier try to remove its detonator failed. Nearly 800 police officers enforced the evacuation, allowing residents to return home by early Sunday evening.
