Jeff Bezos’ Blue Origin said its uncrewed New Glenn craft exploded on Thursday during a hotfire test at a launch site before a planned satellite mission. Rival businessman Elon Musk responded online by writing, “Most unfortunate. Rockets are hard”, after footage showed flames and smoke rising above the pad.
