Zelenskyy Says Russia Is Losing Ground Daily
People across Ukraine still face deadly attacks, even as Kyiv says Moscow’s military push is slowing and its influence abroad is weakening. In an interview published on 9 June, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russian forces were losing momentum while Ukraine expanded long-range drone strikes and sought more air defence help from allies. One recent assault involved 73 missiles and 656 drones, with 18 deaths reported in Kyiv and Dnipro.
