Police force way into Turkish opposition offices
Police forced their way into the main opposition party's headquarters following a court decision to dismiss its leadership. Turkish riot police used tear gas and broke into the Republican People's Party building in Ankara on Sunday. This happened days after party leader Özgür Özel vowed to defy the appeal court ruling, which declared his election null.
