Badenoch questions Starmer's Miliband choice for cabinet
People watching the leadership debate heard fresh questions about who could lead key government roles. During PMQs, Kemi Badenoch asked why Labour MPs were cheering, questioned why Keir Starmer was resigning if things were going well, and said Ed Miliband had aligned with Andy Burnham after receiving a cabinet post. Starmer replied that he and Reeves had rebuilt their party and said he could leave the country in better shape than he found it.
