Venezuelan Government Blames US for Explosions and Aircraft Activity Over Caracas Military Installations
Venezuela's government accused the United States of attacking civilian and military installations after at least seven explosions and low-flying aircraft were heard around 2 a.m. Saturday in Caracas.
