Putin says Ukraine war could be ending soon

Over four years, the Ukraine war strained Russia's $3 trillion economy and brought devastation to Ukraine. On Sunday, Vladimir Putin hinted the conflict was ending, offering Volodymyr Zelenskyy direct talks once peace terms are settled.
