Police arrest ex-NFL Lee for partner's murder, evidence interference.

Police arrest ex-NFL Lee for partner's murder, evidence interference.

US police in Hamilton County have arrested former NFL player Darron Lee, 31, accusing him of first-degree murder and evidence interference after the death of his partner. Officers found the woman at a home in Ooltewah on Thursday with what appeared to be a stab injury to her stomach and a human bite mark, challenging Lee’s claim she slipped in the shower. Investigators recovered his phone with traces of blood and saw injuries on his hands. The ex-New York Jets draft pick is due in court on 11 February.
