US says it sank six Iranian boats

Tensions are high in the Strait of Hormuz after the US military claimed it sank six small Iranian boats. US Admiral Brad Cooper said these vessels were eliminated by the navy for trying to disrupt commercial and military shipping. An Iranian military official has since denied the US navy's report, according to Iranian state television.
