US military preparing for weeks of Iran ground operations

The Pentagon is preparing for weeks of potential ground operations in Iran, though President Trump has not yet approved any deployment. The USS Tripoli has arrived in the region carrying 3,500 troops. Secretary of State Marco Rubio warned that even after operations end, Iran could attempt to impose an illegal "tolling system" on shipping through the Strait of Hormuz.
