At least 53 people were killed and more than 200 injured when Houthi rebels fired three ballistic missiles at a training camp for Yemeni government forces in Shabwa province. Most victims were young recruits lined up in formation. It is the deadliest single attack since Yemen's civil war flared again in September. The UN envoy for Yemen, Hans Grundberg, is due in London on Tuesday.
