Ukraine's robots: From supplies to capturing enemy troops

Fewer soldiers are needed on front lines as machines take on dangerous tasks. Ukraine has expanded use of ground robots since spring 2024, with unmanned vehicles now handling about 90% of army logistics and performing roles from carrying supplies to combat. One device travelled 20 km to hit a building, while robots have also been used to capture opposing troops.
