Ukraine drone programme hit by engine shortage
Military strike capacity could be limited as key parts become harder to obtain. Ukraine’s fleet of long-range attack drones is facing a shortage of mini jet engines, restricting production at a crucial stage of the war with Russia. European manufacturers are increasing output, but supply remains tight, with Ukraine relying on firms such as PBS, JetCat and Destinus.
