Prime Minister Andy Burnham agreed to Saudi Arabia's request for "defensive air-to-air refuelling" support against Houthi attacks. A single British Voyager aircraft, based in Cyprus, will be involved and is expected to start in the coming days. The support is described as time-limited, likely lasting for weeks, and aims to protect vital Red Sea shipping routes.
