The UK and EU may push back the deadline for agreeing a youth mobility scheme by six months to protect next month's reset summit on 20 November, the Guardian reports. Talks remain stuck on EU students' tuition fees, visa caps and NHS surcharges. Britain wants an annual cap of roughly 50,000 young people, while some EU countries want a higher limit or none at all.
