UK eases Russian oil rules from Wednesday
Fuel costs are rising, with unleaded petrol hitting 152.52p a litre Monday, its highest price since the war began. The United Kingdom's government eased restrictions on Russian oil, which covers diesel and jet fuel processed in other countries, commencing Wednesday. This allows jet fuel imports from India, a past supplier, and these new regulations have an indefinite duration.
