£60m fund for UK cyber startups closes
This new fund is one of the largest debut seed funds in the UK, aiming to boost the country's cybersecurity sector. Osney Capital, a UK venture capital firm, closed its oversubscribed £60 million fund to invest in early-stage cybersecurity companies. It has already backed seven firms focusing on AI security and disinformation detection, with a target of 30 companies.
