Peaky Blinders Film Premiers with Cillian Murphy
Cillian Murphy joined fellow actors Rebecca Ferguson and Tim Roth at the Birmingham premiere of the "Peaky Blinders" film, "The Immortal Man," on Monday, March 2. Murphy returns in his Oscar-winning role as gang leader Tommy Shelby, whose story picks up during World War Two. The film will be shown in cinemas from Friday, March 6, for two weeks before its release on Netflix on March 20. Creator Steven Knight highlighted Birmingham as a star of the movie.
