Twitch adds parental controls to block teen live streaming

Twitch is introducing new parental controls that let guardians manage their 13- to 17-year-old children's accounts. Parents can now stop teens from live streaming their own content and disable private messages, called Whispers. The controls also allow setting daily time limits and restricting content with labels like "Gambling" or "Mature-Rated Game."
