Russia Holds First Low-Key Victory Day Parade in Two Decades
Russia's annual Victory Day parade on May 9 will feature no military vehicles or missile systems for the first time in almost two decades. The defence ministry cited the "current operational situation," with Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov pointing to Ukrainian drone attacks as the reason. Cadets will also be absent, marking one of the most low-key parades in recent memory.
