Trump to speak at Lindsey Graham's funeral before meeting Ukrainian and Israeli leaders

Israel's prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, and Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, will join the cathedral memorial and plan to speak with Trump. A senior official says the Ukrainian leader hopes to secure extra anti-ballistic missiles and explore restarting stalled peace negotiations. The late Republican fiercely backed both nations militarily, and visited Kyiv only one day prior to his sudden passing on 11 July.
