California officials have vehemently condemned remarks made by Donald Trump concerning the possibility of Iran targeting cities such as Los Angeles and San Diego. During a rally in Nebraska on Monday, Trump declared that permitting Iran to destroy a metropolitan area would constitute a small price to pay for worldwide stability. The White House claims Trump meant that American urban centers would have been imperiled had he not stopped Iran's nuclear development.
