Writing on Truth Social, Donald Trump accused Harvard president Alan Garber of failing to protect civil rights. The move replaces a dropped $200 million settlement and follows a 2025 court ruling that blocked efforts by the White House to revoke $2 billion in research funding, a decision the administration plans to contest.
