Trump criticises Iran for Strait blockade as oil climbs

Global energy crisis worries grew on Friday as oil prices increased with tanker traffic frozen in the Strait of Hormuz. Donald Trump criticised Iran's waterway management in Truth Social posts, also warning against charging tanker fees there. US Vice-President JD Vance will depart for Islamabad today to lead mediated talks with Iran.
