Tottenham will pay £65m for Manchester City winger Savinho, 22

Tottenham are set to sign Manchester City winger Savinho for about £65 million. Spurs have already spent over £200 million this summer, backing manager Roberto De Zerbi after their 17th-place finish last season. Savinho, 22, managed a single Premier League goal across 24 matches for City last season.
