Tottenham offer £125m for Man City winger and Chelsea striker

Tottenham want to sign Savinho from Manchester City and Nicolas Jackson from Chelsea to strengthen their attack. They intend to commit £60m for the Brazilian winger and £65m for the Senegal international striker. Spurs have agreed personal terms with Savinho and aim to finalise both deals before the Premier League season begins.
