Thousands of DPD agency staff may be missing sick pay and pension contributions
Internal cost spreadsheets for more than 3,000 staff over the last two financial years leave out these basic entitlements completely. Employment experts warn the courier's recruitment agencies might be breaking the law by letting people go before their rights apply. DPD insists its third-party suppliers act as the main employers and must cover the payments themselves.
