Tesco raises 300,000 staff hourly pay to £13.35.

Over 300,000 Tesco staff members across the UK are set to receive an increase in their hourly wages, impacting their April salary payments. The Workers Union (TWU) states the supermarket chain plans to raise rates for its retail employees, with the updated pay structure starting this March. Nationwide, store assistants' hourly pay is projected to rise to approximately £13.35, while those in London could reach around £14.71 per hour.
