Teenage gunman kills two students then himself in Philippines school

Two 14-year-old pupils died and eight others were hurt in the attack at Banga National High School on Friday afternoon. The 16-year-old gunman had told friends he would be "executing his plan" after lunch, but they thought he was joking. The Philippines has experienced three fatal school shootings since June of this year.
