Prosecutors have charged an 18-year-old Minnesota man accused of plotting a mass shooting at the Mall of America during the Hmong Arts Celebration on 24 October. Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud, a US citizen from the Twin Cities, was arrested at gunpoint in Richfield after allegedly buying an AK-47 in an FBI sting. He allegedly pledged allegiance to ISIS and talked of killing 30 to 60 people.
