Labour's living wage for over-18s could be delayed
Young workers might not get the full national living wage for over-18s until after the next election, despite a previous promise. This follows a suggestion that Labour could postpone equalising the rate for over-18s, drawing strong criticism from union leaders. Joanne Thomas, general secretary of Usdaw, said the manifesto commitment should be delivered in full.
