Lufthansa returns to court over patent payment fight
Money from the case could change because both sides want the court to alter the financial decision. Lufthansa Technik and Astronics Advanced Electronic Systems, Panasonic, and Safran began fresh appeals in London on Tuesday after earlier rulings found patent infringement. Hearings are due to last until Friday, while Lufthansa says the award is too low and the defendants challenge interest and other calculations.
