Syria condemns Israeli strike near Damascus as international law breach

Syria condemned an Israeli attack on Beit Jinn village, near Damascus, which reportedly hit a civilian vehicle and injured several people. The strike was the second Israeli strike on Syria in a week, with Israel's military saying it targeted a "terrorist" preparing attacks. Tom Barrack, the US ambassador to Turkey, suggested the earlier strike might represent an Israeli attempt to involve Turkey in a conflict.
