Supreme Court allows Trump to restrict mail voting for midterms

The Supreme Court on Monday permitted President Trump to begin implementing sections of an executive order designed to restrict mail voting. The decision means the Trump administration can move forward with a plan for the Department of Homeland Security to create state-specific lists of eligible voters. However, more court action is likely needed before the US Postal Service can implement its part of the plan.
