Starmer Uses Armenian Summit to Flag Trump Alliance Concerns

Sir Keir Starmer used the European Political Community summit in Yerevan, Armenia on Monday to warn that allied relationships are under strain. He told leaders: "There is more tension in the alliances than there should be." Starmer also announced that Britain will begin negotiations to join the EU's 90 billion euro (£78 billion) Ukraine recovery loan scheme.
