St Helens gets direct airport bus and more services from September 6

St Helens will be the first area to see a new direct bus service to Liverpool John Lennon Airport and more frequent weekend routes. Buses return to public control on September 6, with routes also extending to hospitals, colleges, and rail stations. Steve Rotheram, the Liverpool City Region mayor, said this is the biggest transport change in the region's history.
