SpaceX to construct $100 billion Starship launch complex in Louisiana

Elon Musk's company SpaceX announced on Tuesday it will build its largest launch complex yet in southern Louisiana. The $100 billion project, named Starbase, Louisiana, will cover 125,000 acres and aims to support thousands of Starship flights annually. Work on the new base is set to commence next year, aiming for its inaugural launch in 2029.
