Slow Iranian drone penetrates US air shield near Bahrain

Videos appear to show Iranian missiles hitting the area around the American Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain. A slow-moving Shahed drone reportedly penetrated the air defence shield, despite the presence of roughly 12 destroyers and over 100 jets in the region. Although Washington recently deployed advanced Patriot and THAAD systems, experts warn these expensive assets are too limited to stop every incoming projectile.
