Some water bills jumping 13% depending on where you live

The average household water bill across England and Wales is rising 5.4% this month, but some areas are being hit far harder. Affinity Water customers in the central region face a 13% increase, Bristol Water is going up 12%, and Sutton and East Surrey by 11%. Around 2.5 million households qualify for social tariffs offering roughly 40% savings.
