Sixteen runners needed hospital after Edinburgh Marathon

The Edinburgh Marathon weekend saw many participants requiring medical attention due to heat-related illnesses. The Scottish Ambulance Service verified that 16 participants received hospital treatment on Sunday. In a separate event, Jay Watt and Andrew Gray completed the marathon's 26 miles clad in medieval armour, with Gray attempting a Guinness World Record.
