South Korea's Si Woo Kim is currently leading the British Open at Royal Birkdale, reaching 10 under par in the final round. He overcame leg pain that required painkillers during Saturday's third round, where he shot a 3-under 67. Kim is seeking to become the first South Korean golfer to win the British Open, having previously tied for 15th in 2022.
