SEND pupils' support to be reviewed from 2029

Government plans indicate children with SEND will have their support reviewed after primary school. This review, set to begin in 2029, will reassess children with Education Health and Care Plans. The overhaul also includes extending legal rights to all children with SEND through school-led Individual Support Plans. The plans could be revealed as early as Monday.
