Salesforce puts its entire CRM platform inside Claude AI
Salesforce and Anthropic have expanded their partnership, allowing users to access Salesforce's customer relationship management platform directly within Anthropic's Claude AI. The new "Claudeforce" plugin enables sales teams to interrogate, modify, and respond to real-time CRM information without launching the Salesforce application. Select pilot customers can currently access the product, and a broader beta release is scheduled for September.
