Halifax shuts 28 banks this May and June

Many customers will find it harder to access in-person banking services on the high street. Halifax is closing 28 of its branches throughout May and June, citing changing customer behaviour towards online banking. These specific closures are part of 46 Halifax sites set to shut their doors forever in 2026 and 2027.
