British Museum reopens after device scare
The British Museum was evacuated on Saturday after a suspicious device was found, but it's now reopened to visitors. At 2:50 pm, the Metropolitan Police were summoned to the Central London location after "malicious communications" and an object were discovered. By 4 pm, police officials confirmed the museum's security, having verified that the suspicious item located in a restroom was harmless.
