Israel threatens to strike ambulances in Lebanon, citing Hezbollah use
Israel warned it may directly target ambulances operating in Lebanon, claiming Hezbollah is using emergency vehicles to transport fighters and weapons. The threat drew immediate condemnation from humanitarian organisations and regional governments. Lebanon's health ministry has reported that 25 healthcare workers have been killed and 41 ambulances damaged since the Israeli ground campaign began on 2 March.
