Russia's mall strike kills 16, Zelensky promises response

At least 16 people died and over 130 were hurt yesterday when Russian drones hit a shopping centre in central Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelensky called the attack an "act of barbarism" and a "terrorist act," promising a response. Nine individuals, two of them children, remain unaccounted for and are thought to be caught beneath the debris.
