Russia's drone tactics in Ukraine show weakness, says NATO chief
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said Russia's "reckless, dangerous" actions and "unrelenting" attacks on Ukraine are a sign of its failure. He stated that Russia's escalatory behaviour is a symptom of its inability to achieve its goals in Ukraine. Rutte also stated that these actions would merely reinforce the determination to back Kyiv and put money into European defence.
