Ex-FBI Chief James Comey Charged for Third Time

FBI, Public domain, via Wikimedia Commons
Former FBI director James Comey faces charges for a third time, after prosecutors filed two counts accusing him of leaking national defence information. His lawyers say the case relates to an alleged disclosure to the New York Times in 2016, which earlier investigations declined to prosecute. Comey, a long-time critic of Trump, denies wrongdoing and called the move an appalling abuse of the justice department.
